My first overall big win came in 2003 when I won my weight class and the overall at the NPC Mr. Lehigh Valley Show. Since then I have done well and won a number of shows. Some of the shows I have won are the NPC Mr. Pa, NPC Mountain Valley, NPC Mr. Lehigh Valley, and NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States. Now at this point I am ready to take my bodybuilding career to the next level, which is nationals.

Victor Martinez Announces Affiliation with Athletes Against Autism

Victor Martinez has announced his association with the Cure Autism Now Foundation and Autism Speaks. Most bodybuilding fans recognize Victor Martinez as a successful IFBB Pro bodybuilder and the reigning Arnold Classic bodybuilding champion; he is widely considered by many prominent bodybuilding publications (including Flex Magazine and Muscletime) and fellow competitive bodybuilders (such as eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman) as a future Mr. Olympia winner.

While Victor’s professional accomplishments are widely celebrated in bodybuilding magazines and on the Internet, Victor wants to actively use his bodybuilding celebrity to help bring attention to a very personal issue. Victor is the father of three children - Jarred, Justin and Victoria.

Victor Martinez finally broke through to win one of the sports top titles, defeating two-time defending champ Dexter Jackson at the 19th annual Arnold Classic, held at Veteran’s Memorial in Columbus, Ohio March 3.

Much like last year’s contest, when the top four of Dexter Jackson, Branch Warren, Victor Martinez and Gustavo Badell could have been interchanged without a lot of controversy because there was no clear-cut standout, the 2007 Arnold Classic featured a top five that all had strengths and weaknesses. The consistently sliced and diced Dexter Jackson impressed fans and reminded everyone why they call him “The Blade”. Dexter slugged it out neck-in-neck with one of the most competitive line-ups in the history of the Arnold’s for a potential three-peat, but was narrowly edged out in the end to take the runner-up position. Looking tighter and fuller and than ever before was Gustavo Badell who nailed down a fourth-place finish, and sent fans into hysterics with his truly unique posing routine.

But it wasn’t just on stage where Team MuscleTech dominated. When the doors to the largest expo in bodybuilding opened, it was clear to everyone in attendance that Team MuscleTech ruled the Arnold’s.
